Teen Exec Student Leadership Survey

Teen Exec is currently conducting a student-led research project exploring how high school student leaders make decisions, balance responsibilities, and develop leadership and executive functioning skills.

The project includes perspectives from student leaders and advisors from schools and organizations across the country.

Many students are capable—but struggle to manage their time and stay organized.

Teen Exec focuses on the skills behind the work—helping students build systems, make better decisions, and take ownership of their responsibilities.

These are the skills that drive success in school, activities, and leadership.

Natalya Lucas, Teen Exec founder, teaching a workshop on time management.
