Weston, Mass. – May 20, 2025 – Following the success of its Winter 2025 pilot program, Teen Exec is offering two opportunities to participate in its Summer 2025 workshop series—each designed for students aged 12–15 and focused on building essential executive functioning skills. The same three-session workshop series will be offered on two different weeks during the summer, giving families added flexibility to choose the dates that work best for them.
Led by Weston High School student Natalya Lucas, Teen Exec offers free workshops that teach practical, age-appropriate strategies for time management, organization, planning, and goal-setting. The new summer format gives middle school students the chance to strengthen these skills during a pivotal stage of academic and personal growth.
“We saw great enthusiasm in our Winter 2025 workshops,” said Lucas, who founded the nonprofit in fall 2024. “This summer, we’re expanding the program to reach older students in Weston and neighboring towns.”

Each session builds on the last, helping students not only learn new strategies but also apply them in ways that feel meaningful and relevant to their everyday lives. The summer curriculum draws from the positive feedback and momentum of the winter series, which “graduated” 13 students and was praised by parents for its clarity, energy, and student-led format.
Teen Exec remains grounded in its mission to make executive functioning tools accessible to all learners. Each workshop includes hands-on challenges, peer collaboration, and optional take-home practice to support retention and confidence. At the end of each series, students will receive a certificate of completion and Teen Exec-branded materials to reinforce their learning.
